Jeff Dorgay has been involved in audio for decades, working retail in the early 80s and an endless consumer, buying countless pieces of gear. His career covering this wacky world began in 2003 as a reviewer for The Absolute Sound, previously covering the digital imaging beat for the likes of C-Net, Macworld, The Robb Report, and others.
Since 2005, he is the publisher and founder of TONEAudio Magazine, traveling the world to find the most intriguing gear available and a great burger when time permits. The Audiophile Apartment is his personal platform to concentrate on high performance audio that is both geared towards smaller spaces and is highly stylish.
When not writing about audio, he can be found with his lovely wife Pamela, either lounging in PJ’s watching South Park episodes or out zooming around with the top down when the climate of the Pacific Northwest permits.
